Scott Ihrig teamed with FocusMicro nearly 6 months ago. Scott’s extensive industry experience has proven him to be a tremendous asset to our organization. In his new role as Vice President of FocusMicro, he plans to leverage the strength and experience of existing personnel to enhance and build the interdepartmental synergy required to become one of the premier national security integrator’s.

Our team of Management, Sales, Purchasing, R&D and Operations will be able to visit with over 950 exhibitors this year. "We plan on selecting key technologies with industry-leading vendors in order to formulate our research, developement and deployment of these technologies in support of our clients needs." says Product Development Manager, Robert Lovato. "ASIS International gives us a wonderful opportunity to compare vendor offerings side by side and select the best product or service for our client."

ASIS International also allows FocusMicro employees to network with their industry peers, attend training classes, and obtain professional certifications from ASIS after taking exams following months of training. Certifications include: Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Professional Investigator (CPI) and Physical Security Professional (PSP). Having trained, certified individuals on staff demonstrates FocusMicro's commitment to quality and helps FocusMicro in developing new team members who join the company.

August 2007

FocusMicro recently expanded it's Mukilteo, Washington Headquarters in order to support a growing team of sales and support personnel.

The expansion will increase our square footage around 40% and allow our entire Headquarters team with more room to operate while accomodating future growth of the company.

In addition to the Headquarters expansion, FocusMicro opened a new Distribution office in Southern California. This new distribution office will serve the Southwest and provide the company with sales, operations and warehousing space.
