Real Time Van Inventory and GPS Tracking
FocusMicro utilizes a highly efficient Real Time van inventory and GPS tracking system to keep turnaround times fast and return trip's to a minimum. Our centralized dispatch team evaluates each incoming service request to determine if it is possible to service the system via a remote connection. If remote service is not an option, the symptoms are evaluated in order to choose the technician in closest proximity to the service location, who also has the proper training to perform the requested work and, most importantly, HAS THE INVENTORY TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM AS STOCK on the technician's van. Return trips and travel charges are two of the largest cost over runs that a business faces when dealing with service and repair work orders.
